The Banks Law Firm (TBLF) handles all aspects of business creation and governance for its clients. As a small business, TBLF particularly understands the importance of assisting small businesses, nonprofits, churches, colleges and universities with attending to certain organizational matters. We handle the creation of all types of businesses including limited liability corporations, nonprofits, and partnerships. Our business group also creates single-asset entities to assure certain legal and financial asset protections. 

We assist with advising the members and boards for these organizations and assuring that all organizational documents are in order. Many nonprofits do not always understand certain governance matters and the importance of correct authorizations for doing business.
