Many of the Firm’s clients seek to revitalize buildings that are listed on the National Historic Register or are located in an historic district. The Firm has been active in assisting clients in negotiating with the appropriate authorities on the requirements for the rehabilitation of the buildings and in the syndication of the historic preservation tax credits.
