Dean J. Donarumo graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. Mr. Donarumo has almost 20 years of real estate paralegal experience for governmental, private, and non-profit developers. Mr. Donarumo has worked with developers and housing authorities to close specialized financing transactions utilizing LITHC, HOPE VI, RAD and other HUD funding. He currently focuses on title/survey matters, due diligence and business organizational creation in affordable housing and community development transactions.
