Addis I. Miller is a Legal Assistant within the Education practice group. With over five years of experience across private law firms and in-house legal departments, Addis brings a strong foundation in legal research, document preparation, and case management. She supports the Education practice group assisting with matters that impact school systems and education institutions across North Carolina.

Prior to joining TBLF, Addis worked in both litigation and transactional law, with a focus on education, employment, and real estate. She has developed a thoughtful, organized approach to legal support work and has a reputation for her proactiveness, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset.

Addis was born and raised on the island of St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, cum laude, from La Roche University in Pittsburgh, PA. Addis also earned minors in Law & Criminal Justice and Professional Writing, as well as a Certificate in Forensic Psychology. She is a member of several national academic honor societies and remains passionate about fostering equity, wellness, and access in her professional and community work.
