Dean Donarumo has over 20 years of real estate paralegal experience for governmental, private, and non-profit developers. He has worked with developers and housing authorities to close specialized financing transactions utilizing LITHC, HOPE VI, RAD, and other HUD funding. He focuses on title and survey matters, due diligence, and business organizational creation in affordable housing, real estate, and community development transactions. Dean assists in the preparation of evidentiary and asset transfer applications, and other specialized applications such as Historically Underutilized Businesses (“HUB”) applications and other HUD and bond submissions. Dean is also responsible for the preparation of closing binders.
