Toni Jackson brings more than 30 years of legal experience guiding complex real estate and affordable housing transactions. She has advised for-profit and nonprofit developers, housing authorities, and local governments across the country on multifaceted financing strategies for multifamily, mixed-use, and disaster recovery developments.
Toni has also served as bond counsel, issuer’s counsel, and special counsel on numerous transformative housing projects. Beyond transactions, she is widely respected for her policy expertise where she frequently provides strategic input to legislative bodies and housing agencies.
